Conflict of Interest

In accordance with the Guidelines for the Management of Conflicts of Interest of the Japanese Society of Hypertension and the Enforcement Bylaws, please disclose the COI of all presenters for 3 years prior to the registration of the abstract.

If there is a conflict of interest, please fill out the necessary information on the form below and submit it through the system at the time of abstract submission.

JSH International Best Presenter Award

The Process:

1. SUBMIT your abstracts to the JSH2024 Fukuoka
   *You cannot submit the same abstract in both Japanese and English.
2. Choose whether to apply for the JSH International Best Presenter Award in the abstract submission process
3. The International Committee of the Japanese Society of Hypertension will conduct the selection process for outstanding presentations
4. Selected speakers need to present as oral on-site or on-line under JSH International session which is scheduled tentatively from 17:10 to 18:30 on October 12th.
   * Those who were not selected for the award session presentation will have the opportunity to present their research as an oral presentation or a poster presentation in the general session.
5. The on-site or on-line presentation will be evaluated by the International Committee members and the best presenter(s) will be awarded.
   * The recipients of the Grand Prize and Excellence Award will be limited to on-site presenters only.
6. The award ceremony will be held continuously after the presentation and total program will last by 18:50.

Hypertension Research: Fast track

The Process:

1. SUBMIT your abstracts to the JSH2024 Fukuoka
2. Choose whether you would like to submit your full paper to Hypertension Research during the abstract submission process.
3. The Editorial team will send an email about the details of the submission to Hypertension Research.
4. Submit your paper based on the submitted abstract by the middle of August, 2024.
5. If received by the end of June, the team will perform a “Rapid peer review process” and publish them online on Hypertension Research, on the same day as the presentation at JSH 2024 Fukuoka – HR session.
